Billing FAQ

What payment options are available?
You can purchase a yearly or monthly subscription by credit card. Alternatively, we can work with schools and other organizations who use Purchase Orders.

Can I switch between the Basic Plan and the Extra Storage plan?
Yes! Simply go to the Billing and Payment area on your account's Setup page. If you switch between monthly plans, you will not be billed immediately but your next monthly bill will be prorated accordingly.

What is the process for Purchase Orders?
We offer payment by Purchase Orders for yearly subscriptions only. To request an invoice or quote, please go to the Billing and Payment area on your account's Setup page. Choose the button for "Purchase Orders" and fill out the form on that page. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. Once we have a P.O. number or have sent an invoice, we will credit your account with the purchase. Typically we look for payment within 90 days of invoicing.

Does Ututti require a credit card to sign up?
No, you can sign up for your 60 day trial period with absolutely no obligations. We only collect billing info if you choose to purchase a paid plan.
