Who can use Ututti?
When we first launched Ututti, we had school music directors and private studio teachers in mind. These teachers loved our application, and we quickly realized that this system could be beneficial to all arts education organizations. For this reason, we've attracted everyone from band directors to dance studios to school district arts administrators.

Are there any computer/system requirements?
All you need to run Ututti is a modern web browser. Ututti runs best on Internet Explorer 8 (or higher), Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Opera. If you're using an outdated browser, you'll see a message at the top of your screen when logged into Ututti which will help you update to a newer version (browser upgrades are always free).

Can I use Ututti with my school's firewall or security system?
You should not have any problems using Ututti on your school's internet service. If you can't access the site from a school computer, you may need to request that Ututti be allowed through the firewall by contacting a technical support person or administrator.

Can I accept student fee payments through Ututti?
Yes! By setting up a free PayPal account, you can accept fee payments by credit card or e-check. In fact, Ututti will automatically generate payment options for each student individually based on their outstanding fees. Note: while Ututti does not charge extra for this feature, PayPal charges a small fee for each transaction (more info on this can be found by reading the PayPal Setup page in your account).

Can I use Ututti with multiple schools in the same district, or multiple studios within the same organization?
Of course! How you set this up depends on the size and structure of your district/organization. If you want multiple teachers to be able to manage their own studios individually, we recommend each teacher have their own Ututti account. If you want several teachers to manage the same set of students, we recommend a single Ututti account with Assistant Accounts for each teacher.
